Instead of passive ability cost reduction, she now has a passive that stacks much like souls that give her buffs at certain stack milestones. This pretty much turns her into an absolute monster late game.

Cassiopeia gains a stack of Aspect of the Serpent for each second that an enemy champion is poisoned, for each poisoned unit that she kills and when she hits an enemy champion with Twin Fang, up to a max. of 400 stacks.

75 Stacks: 5% increased ability power, and Twin Fang now heals for 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 16 (+ 10% AP).
200 Stacks: 10% increased ability power and 25% bonus cooldown reduction.
400 Stacks: 30% increased ability power.

just had a jax game and holy stuff it was terrible

laned against a kennen and played safe, managed to beat his ass. when i looked, the WHOLE loving TEAM was feeding a stuffload of kills to the enemy team
