E has biggest ap ratio. You need to run full flat ap/ap. per level runes for him so it supports a lichbane rush

Ranking a skill doesn't increase it's AP ratio though.

Basically hes going into some sort of Dot AD Nuker

Ambush is shorter, gives the max attack speed, and a decent move speed boost.

It starts to get to be an 100% guaranteed pick at level 30 draft mode. People enjoy it because it's a role all about fighting constantly. about setting up fights. Sorry just wanted to rephrase that.

"Yeah forget you Veigar your turret is taking all the kills, no AP for you hahahahaha"
How a game for me goes with an enemy jungler:
"Okay... there we go... last hit, dodge the meteor, stuff he got another one, oh no I'm pushed too far, gotta sit back"

It's always worth it to save shen for your team if your captain has first pick, he is the hardest champion to counter top imo. (If you're second pick, ban him at all costs.)
