I played a funny game today. I did a normal queue with my friend. When we went to champion select I called top and selected Jayce, my friend called mid and selected Kass, but later switched to elise. Then, the other 3 people select riven, darius, and vi. Vi called jungle. Riven kindly informed me that she had called top first, although it didn't show in my chat, so I switched to Soraka.
So then it was time to play and Darius runs to top lane, and suggests Riven goes bot, Riven said that because she didn't have mana that would be a dumb combination to lane with Soraka. So my friend ends up going bot with me, Riven takes mid, and Darius goes top.
Oddly, me and my friend managed to win bot pretty hard against Thresh and Graves (I think it was a graves). Anyway, the game plays out with some nice teamwork, even though we had poor communication beforehand, and the enemy surrenders when we kill all 5 of them in a teamfight and have 0 deaths around their inner bottom turret.
Apparently LoL NA is down (according to LoLStatistics) so I can't grab the full match details at this time.
