Dazzle's ( E ) stun duration changed to 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 from 1.5 at all ranks.
Shatter ( W ) damage decreased to 50/90/130/170/210 from 60/105/150/195/240.
Oh boy 10-30 damage.
And I guess the stun duration might change my leveling pattern.

Making his passive like a manamune is just asking for taric carry :)

Doesn't even need his passive, though I can see how it would work good. There just really isn't any comfortable way to get it early enough in my opinion, though, I've really only played him support so far so that's probably why. Normally every other lane gets called so I can't test it out.

Like, I'm really willing to try a manamune mana tank with him but I'm always stuck support and I don't think he's mobile enough for mid.

Seems like jungle and top might be fun for him.
