How to make faces/decals.

After posting my topic on how to model, people helped me so much, I think I'll do it again. But I figured out that what I really, really, wanted to do was to make faces and decals for all you guys.

So.. If someone could give me a step by step tutorial on how to make faces/decals it would be much appreciated.

I have Paint.NET by the way.

I'm kinda feeling lazy at the moment, but I can give you a few pointers.

Don't use Microsoft paint, Paint.net or GIMP will do.
PDN is for easy stuff, and GIMP is for way more complicated stuff, just to let you know.

I don't see the reason for this because you spelled everything correctly, punctuated well, and used sentence structure correctly-which about 15% of all Blocklanders can actually do.
