What would you do if today was your last day alive?

If you had only today (assuming you start at morning/waking), what would you do with your last day alive?

I'd just look to see if any of the massive amount of unfinished business I had could be tied up.

I'd spend my final day with people I love. I wouldn't do anything horrendous like a lot of the above posters, I would just try to enjoy my final 24 hours with people I love.
