only if there are more than two of the same person. if they are bothering you, you can just ban all of them in one shot.

Maybe a system that when a person with the same BL_ID joins a server, it adds a letter to the person's BL_ID, i.e. player 15932 is in a server, then his friend joins with this same BL_ID joins, the first person is now 15932-A and the person who just joined is 15932-B.  If, in the occasion that more than twenty six people join a server with this same BL_ID, go into AA, AB,...

This could also be implemented with names, Player 15932 "Blocky999" is in a server, friend joins, the original is now "Blocky999-A" and the second is "Blocky999-B" with the -A and -B in a different color to prevent it being mixed up with the name.

I hate servers that use mods to prevent this. There's no point in doing that and all it does is prevent siblings from playing.
