How can I appeal to my teachers?

So I've been having quite a big problem for the past few years in my school; see, ALL of the teachers are christians and hate every student that doesn't go to church.
Ofc I ain't christian so I'm having trouble, I get a little lower grades, they are being really mean with me, etc.

Can I do anything to make me equal? And I'm not gong to pretend that I go to church.

I can't nor do I want to.

All of the school in this region are the same, and I'm already finishing the 8th grade.

I believe the school board is aware of that, but they can't really do anything since hundreds of schools in my country are like that.

And my dad got in a fight with a teacher because of that (not physically lol) and they've been hating me even more since then.

if you are positive that you are doing all your work, ask for extra credit, etc. then ask the teachers why you are getting the grades you are getting. if they refuse to answer or say something along the lines of "because you don't go to to church" etc. you can sue the school. at least i think.
