Author Topic: How can I appeal to my teachers?  (Read 1257 times)

no we sacrifice kids named issac and then pusillanimous individual out
except isaac wasn't sacrificed
he almost was, though, but then there was the whole thing where god was like "hey man hold up and go sacrifice that ram stuck in those bushes instead"
but christians aren't really supposed to make sacrifices anymore with the whole belief that jesus was the ultimate sacrifice

anyways your teachers don't sound like very good christians with how they're trying to force their religion on you

tell them it's a public school(implying it is) and that they should treat you equally and do their job right or report them to the administration

Religion is like a snake. It's fine to have one and it's fine to admire it, but for the love of god don't cram it down my children's throats.

I think Creation, Evolution, and the Big bang should all be taught in school
I think kids should be taught the most common theories and they should make their own decision on what they believe.

What is there to teach about creation? What religion would you pick? You can't "teach the controversy". Evolution and the Big Bang have scientific evidence and peer review papers about them, unlike creation.

I would atleast teach creation because it's the opposing view that most people are going to come into contact with. I would rather people knew of the Big Bang and Evolution and Creationism than just know the Big Bang and Evolution and then be ignorant to the views of other people.

It's not like it would take more than a lesson to teach it.
It's 7 days of God creating the world and then a Garden of Eden story.

Creationism is any religion about a god creating the known universe or creating things that created the universe. That means Christianity, Catholicism, Islam, Judaism, Greek Mythology, Roman Mythology, etc.
You can't just teach one.

Also, the bias of the teacher could affect the teaching even more than it does now. (e.g creationist teachers underplaying evolution and vice versa)

I don't go to church.

I'm an atheist, and your teachers are loving dumb as hell.

Except the fact that there's no loving controversy in the scientific community.
