Don't listen to this drivel. They may have intense workouts but actors also use steroids when preparing for a movie role like that.

yeah personally i'd just go with the normal stuff and work your way up.  you won't be benching 200 in a day, this takes a lot of time and effort.

My mom had rye syndrome and my dad was short when he was a teenager so that might have to do with it.

I did a ketosis diet a few months ago for stuffs and giggles. Tried it out for like a month. It's very similar I take it.

Fitday but their stuff has gotten really slow and stuffty. There are like a million of these types of websites though. They all pull from the same database for nutritional information.

The paleo isn't designed to be low carb, you're supposed to get all your carbs from fruits and vegetables.  It can be challenging getting all the carbs that you need, though, so if it's not done right it is a lot like ketosis.

You can eat quite a few carbohydrates on a ketosis diet as long as they all come from high fiber sources like vegetables. Flax seeds were my savior on that kick. High protein, high fat, and insanely high fiber content.

so today i went to football practice and when it was over i was just sitting outside waiting for my mom to come pick me up

then all of a sudden i get the oh so horrible urge to take a liquid dump in my pants

i cringe and i quake but nothing stopped it from erupting from the volcano of my butt

guess what happened next


this actually sounds pretty cool but i need to gain weight and not lose it, so i don't think it'd be that helpful :/
