this actually sounds pretty cool but i need to gain weight and not lose it, so i don't think it'd be that helpful :/

Bump since I'm starting to work out today.

I'm going to do a body weight circuit for now:
  • 20 body weight squats
  • 20 dumbbell rows (10 each arm)
  • 20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 push ups
  • 30 second plank
  • 30 jumping jacks
