Author Topic: .zip on Mac  (Read 586 times)

I am attempting to upload a file to RTB, I have a Mac and to get a .zip file I need to compress the folder. I tried to upload that to RTB but I get the following errors:

If you could help me out that would be great.

ahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
macs are so fun.

okay, first off, that bottom error looks serious, you should probably fix it.

second: you packaged your add-on like this:
add-on.zip/add-on/server.cs

this is bad ^

add-on.zip/server.cs

this is good ^

third thing, try looking up 7zip and see if there's a mac version.

It's all Macs fault for all of the errors. I'll look that up and see what I can do.

1. Select all the files you want to zip (NOT THE FOLDER!!!)
2. Right click one of the files
3. Select the compress option
4. Rename the file to what it's supposed to be
5. Yay, you just zipped a file successfully

Figured that out about a min before you posted, thanks though.

A .zip is a compressed folder. Just make one and then drag the files inside.. seriously come on now....
