Okay, let me fill you guys in on this. Currently the rules are as followed:
Rule 1: This is a serious Roleplay
Take this roleplay seriously.
That means no mis-use or the /setname function or making silly names.
Be respectful and don't be stupid-- this isn't a roleplay about you.
Rule 2: No freekilling/deathmatching
You do not need guns to roleplay.
Killing a player without a valid reason will get you banned.
You also do not need a gun to roleplay.
Do not pester other roleplayers asking where the guns are.
Rule 3: Do not mis-use RPChat.
This server runs a mod called "RPChat."
To set your name write /setname followed by a first and last name.
Team chat is used for the radio/talking globally.
OOC is out of character talk, to use it place a ^ before what you say in team chat.
Rule 4: Be respectful
This is a roleplay server designed for roleplaying.
If you do not wish to roleplay, feel free to roam or follow the key quest.
But please, be respectful toward those who want to roleplay.and then there is the server welcome message:
\Welcome, %1! This is a roleplay server. This is a serious roleplay, take it seriously or get banned. If you abuse the /setname function, you will be banned permanently. This is your final warning. Use a realistic name or ban. Now that you understand how the server works, let me explain what our friend nategator789 decided to not let you in on.
Now, there is a Syringe item in the role-play for obvious reasons. One thing about it is that it emits a "Medical +" emote when you heal someone with it, and and pushes the player in the air. Now, Fanta (nategator789) apparently had been hitting players with the Syringe for no absolute reason while people were in the middle of the role-play. This is disruptive and disrespectful to the people trying to role-play in the server.
So you can see how this would be an annoyance. Well Ceist decided to ban him for disrupting players. Having preset ban reasons, I decided to reban Fanta (nategator789) with the proper ban reason:
"Disrupting other players/refusing to role-play."
Notice how is says "refusing to role-play." That is divided from "Disrupting other players", since most of the time the two faults go hand-in-hand together. In this case though, he had only been disrupting players, so the other half should be disregarded. He would role-play, but he was still bothering other players. Just because the other half of the ban reason is not true, does not void the entire reason or the ban.
Now you (and I mean people who cannot read into things easily) may say, "It's not stated in the rules that you cannot disrupt players!." But wait! It is:

and server when you join (you are forced to read the rules every time you spawn and try to continue on to the main area) but in the welcome message it is stated:

We at the Bluzone generally do not warn players before they are banned as they should know before-hand since it is stated in the welcome message and rules. Anyways, this is a serious role-play. The admins, host and players do not have time for shenanigans and other riff raff. The ban given to Fanta (nategator789) was 100% justified, and he will not be unbanned.
