I would probably head down to the "worlds most awesome flee market" and get supplies there.. They have it ALL! Guns, swords, chainsaws, and cars in the parking lot.

If this did happen, and I'm not saying it will, here's what I'd need:
Healthy Food Okay, that's probable
Machine Gun And where are you going to find ammunition, much less the gun itself
Water Fine
Protective Suit Good luck finding Kevlar
Computer Laptop
Phone Phone lines probably down, satellites probably down as well
Car (I will try to drive it) Out of gas, what now
Riot Shield Good luck finding somebody who has a riot sheild
Something to smash over a zombie's head. You'd be better off shooting yourself in face, rather than engage in close-quarters combat with a bloody zombie.

Eh, you can grow a garden for vegatables and fruit and hunt animals for meat, as long as you do it right you kinda do have infinite food.
As for water, a natural spring or creek will do, just filter it in the various ways you can and enjoy.
