Minecraft Server Refuses to load

Here's my console log. I have no add-ons, and this is my first attempt at hosting a server. And yes I port forwarded.

- Is the folder you're trying to run the server from read-only?
- Do you have administrative rights on the computer?

(Access is denied) kinda makes me think that.

Oh, and are you running the .jar version via the .bat file, or the .exe file?

Open taskmanager and look for javaw.exe, and end the process if it's there.

protip: run javaw.exe as an administrator

I'm running it on my desktop. I went into all my folders and unchecked the attribute, 'Read-Only', but sometimes when I go back to look, it's still there

if it doesn't work there i blame your AV or some forgettarded disk security

Move the .exe to a new folder.

You've just said it reticks the read-only box, so move it.

Moved it to a new folder. It starts but it still says this:
