Humphrey - Stolen Build and Stupid Ban

I joined Humphrey's Jail escape server and when I spawned, right away it was familiar. When I got out of my cell, I knew it was my REALLY old jail from like 2010. So I tried to get Humphrey's attention, but he kept ignoring me. Finally, I ask if he built the jail, just to see what he would say. He replies with something like "LOLOFCOURSENOT" or something and he says something about another jail he DID build. So then I asked him if he stole the jail we were playing in (and he did), but he avoids directly saying it. He says something about he "enforced it", whatever that means.

I honestly don't know how he got that save. I don't even have it anymore. I built that like over a year and a half ago. He isn't exactly claiming it, but after looking at his messages I have reason to believe he has more stolen builds. He says "LOLOFCOURSE NOT" as if it's obvious it isn't his and that he has stolen other builds before.

Now to the ban. After I asked if he stole it,  he replied with "Hmm, no. I enforced it.". About 20 seconds after that, I was banned for the below reason. He didn't tell me to do anything, so how was I not complying? We weren't arguing, either. It almost seemed like he was trying to get rid of me so nothing would arise in the server. I read the rules before I started playing and I hadn't broken any of them. If I can rejoin, I could probably get a picture of the rules. I'm not sure for how long I was banned.



I believe his server is up right now. If someone could please get a picture of the rules, it would be really helpful.

Servers with stolen builds don't get very popular. The server will most likely die eventually.

He loaded a different jail that looks very familiar. I can't figure out who built it though. The messed up colors and missing bricks suggest that he stole this from a server with a different colorset and with brick packs.

He loaded a 4th jail. It's not that great and it's very spammy. Pictures aren't necessary because it's just grey walls with a lot of doors and really small rooms. One unique thing is, you have to get past giant penguins to escape the jail. Very strange. I don't think this is his either.

In all, he loaded about 6 different builds in which only 1 was his. No credit was given to the actual builders of any of these jails.

Most of the people there didn't even know that all of the jails he had were stolen. That's half the reason why I made this topic:  to let people know that these jails aren't his.

I returned to his server to try to find more evidence. This time he was hosting HIS jail escape, which is spammy and horrible. About 2 minutes after I joined he asked if I was who he thought I was. I said I don't know and then he banned me for the below reason. I don't even understand what he is talking about in the ban description.
