If someone new joins blockland exactly when v21 comes out, they will think everything they see was actually part of the game on their first time look.

why don't people understand this? its not like the creators are trying to be douches to us, they just do what is necessary to make the game more optimized.

What in hell do you mean "even more"? The mere implementation of the script will eliminate that 10% right off the bat, and there is nothing else that is going to increase performance!

They still might, but the impression I got was that it needed to be pretty much rewritten.

I'm personally thinking that they may be implementing their own form of Terrains and Interiors.

That is saying that shadows and shaders performance with it enable is equal to the default performance NOW, which is nowhere near true.

So, removing terrain - adding a feature 5x as laggy = people who can't loving control that their computer sucks get a stuffload of lag

regardless of terrain/interiors specs on lag and whatever, they still hold back the game tremendously and i would rather see them go.

Terrains and Interiors just lag overall... they are too complicated of a code with torque, which results in lag, so that is one of the reason why they are getting removed.

Terrain and interiors hardly cause enough lag to crash the earliest calculators.

terrain and interiors hide inside the balls folks lol, nah jk but for the modern early day ones im pretty sure they would not lag too bad

I believe terrains and interiors are the reason why we don't see many good builds today. People are always relying on them to do the creating for them, making their servers look more "fun" while still being lazy asses.
