How to plug in speakers? Need computer help!

Hai,

Need technical help. I have two internal speakers I salvaged from an old all-in-one computer. I have a motherboard with "front panel audio". The two speakers have black and red wires (two in each) and what looks like front panel connectors on the end.

How do I attach them? I'm working on my first build, using a budget Intel D525MW desktop board.

Can I attach them at all?

Would like some internal speakers as it suits what I am building.

i just asked if you know what google is, i meant "did you search anything".

obviously you didn't search hard enough, if you can't get a awnser out of google, you probably won't get one from here.

Protip about English, depending what slant you give it and what words you use, changes how passive aggressive it makes you sound. :D

Yeah, I have a selection of front panel connections on the motherboard that are listed as AC'97 or HD Audio.

But the speakers only have two wires, black and red. I guess its not going to work as is then? Damn.

The output of the HD audio connector is brown townogue, so I imagine if I can get the pinout, that you should be able to connect the speakers to it.

Yeah, internal speakers with an external head will be really great. lolno

Take a look at the back of the PC, if im right, they should plug in back there.
