some game were you played as a dude who can't jump like mario, and is a total pusillanimous individual, and it was a platformer
Well, given the description, was it for the SNES? If it was, then it is likely Lester the Unlikely.

Cruis'n USA?

Holy stuff, you were so close. I looked to the right and saw another game titled Cruis'n World and that's exactly what it was.

Figured it was one of the Cruis'n games. They're the only arcade racers I know of that also got N64 releases.

This one hovercar game. You did like missions and stuff for people. Came out around 1998-2002.
Was this for the N64? Sounds like a familiar game.

I had the demo for PC. Played the stuff out of it.

I remember a man sneaking around in a cardboard box, the loving legend, what was his name, and the name of the game? Oh yea, I remember now.

Metal Gear Solid

Ok it was sort of like Command and Conquer... but with aliens? I remember playing it on my mac wayy back. Anyone know this game?

I have absolutely no idea, then. If it was for the N64, I was going to say it would have been F-Zero X, as you ride in a hovercraft,  did missions for people and it came out around 1998.

The one with multi-colored Yoshis and shyguys. I feel stupid for not remembering it exactly.

Not racing. Missions like "go here and deliver this stuff" or "go bust all this guy's windows because he's a richard to me."

I remember you would get called by the people you were doing missions for and it would show their face on the right side of the screen.

A third person shooter as a robot on the original Xbox. The robots were clunky and relatively short. Don't remember the rest.
Were they robots, or mechs? could be MechAssault, or Metal Arms: Glitch in the System.

Yoshi's Story?

Yoshi's Story?

Yes. I thought it was Yoshi's Island or Yoshi's Adventure or some stuff like that.

There were way too many robot shooter games released on the original xbox, so I can't help you there.

It might have been Yoshi's Story, or it might be Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

That is the EXACT game I am looking for
Metal Arms or MechAssault?

Glad to help.
