My old one is like virused to death by some acronymed agency and i cant get it to do anything without freezing up. This is a problem when I need to be using intensive programs like adobe creative suite, various autodesk products (maya etc), and the new Civilization V expansion coming out this month.
Will be my first time making such a thing, I have messed around with electronics a bit but not much yet to this extent. I watched my girlfriends dad assemble her computer so I think I have a pretty good idea of how to do it, and if I get stumped I made friends with the tech guy down at staples and hed probably help me. In any case, what are some suggestions you guys have in terms of what I would be looking for. Like how much ram or how strong of a processor would you guys suggest. I know ya'll arn't much of a tech site but I know some of you on here are pretty smart.
