I don't see it.  I don't think there is enough information on the Qin Dynasty itself to create a fully fleshed out world.

i have been playing assassin's creed revelations a lot lately and loving it.

AC1 has the worst mission variety, and yet it lets you replay missions. And replaying missions is the only way to play after having beaten the game.
