Magicka not running

So i just bought Magicka.
The full pack on steam.

When ever i try and play it just sends me a error report with a load of error packets and i wont launch or anything i tried reinstalling and defragging and all the stuff that would fix it but no luck :C

I cant post the packets cause the error report wont let me for some odd reason and i know the game works with my computer because i played the free weekend and it worked fine now it wont work at all!

Possibly a problem with the (something, maybe microsoft).NET? A lot of people including myself had a problem with that making it hard to play, but when you were installing it it should have said somethin about it like "directex.net" or some tstuff.
thats my guess.
