My defence is impregnable, my style is impetuous!

I had an idea for a weapon,

1 chargable attack (Hold click), 1 punch combo (Spam click), blocking (A toggle with l, slows you down when you block and can be broken) and a kick that launches players.(Jet)
blocking is broken by pressing the kick and the punch keys at the same time.

What I'd need is a scripter and a modeller. Really i'm just the ideas guy.

Any takers? Suggestions? critique?

Making alternate attacks really isnt difficult. alot of weapons actually do this.

You see, there is an addon that does EXACTLY that.

What i'm suggesting should be FAST AS stuff.

Yes. It would probably be better suited as a playertype, not a weapon.

I thought this but how would you activate things? It could have an onpunched event.

How about making it a server mod? All it would do is just give you the ability to damage players by clicking on them, while you would still be able to activate things. The animation would also be replaced by a punching animation.

I've thought about this for a long while.

Wouldnt work. what if a server wanted to run these in the background on a freebuild?

If any scripter wants to take this and run with it- make a playertype that's recommended for it that gains energy in the default blue energy bar, which allows you to "Unleash the power" of sorts, giving you extra damage and speeding up all attacks. Could be done by blocking and kicking.
