Author Topic: do atheists still have the right to say "oh my god"?  (Read 2234 times)

daydreaming at school makes you think about stuff
*not that I wish to imply that atheists have rights and stuff, just asking if they still have the same position to be saying the phrase

They have the right, but it'd be defying their belief.

it's an expression, it's not to be taken literally.

do gay people still have the right to say "thats gay"?
sure

GLaDOS says 'Thank God you're alright' in the portal 2 endgame and she's a robot so I'm pretty sure it's fine.

do gay people still have the right to say "thats gay"?
sure
do black people have the right to say monday
they are offending themselves????

Stupid Christian! How dare you be allowed to use the word, uh, "carrot"? I say we impose an arbitrary set of "rights" that remove the RIGHT from people who believe in Christianity from saying any vegetable that begins with the letter "c", and you are all to follow this because of some contrived series of abstract concepts that never really affected anybody.

TL;DR Pedantry to "rules" is stupid and "rules" don't have an actual transcended rule over anybody.
