Whatever the reason is, he doesn't want violence/gore in his game.  There's no reason to be inquisitorial about it really.
What if he's Russian and using G-mod for espionage, but the gore keeps making him vomit?

I never thought the gore in GMOD was that bad.

It's perfectly acceptable to be curious, though the way some people are asking isn't

Because it isn't

can't stand the sight/smell/taste of real blood. Yeah, not everyone's like me, but still...figured I'd mention that.
What's wrong with youuu

I never understood that, since I enjoy insane amounts of virtual gore but can't stand the sight/smell/taste of real blood. Yeah, not everyone's like me, but still...figured I'd mention that.

Same here. I'm fine with blowing someone's head off in any game, but if I were to in real life, I'd probably puke everywhere.

I've replaced the blood texture before, in theory you should be able to track it down and replace it with a blank image (since deleting it would most likely just cause the game to redownload it)
He could replace it with rainbows and butterflies!
Gmod for kids!

Try my post. It SHOULD work..
