seems like your mother is an alcoholic, read the signs and my mum is the same way near to the letter.
tell her that if she doesnt wisen up then youll be taken into child services and then she wont get any money AT ALL.
either that or ask your grandparents if you can stay with them for a week while your mum sorts her stuff out.

also for the drug issue tell her you dont do drugs or drink, and tell her that she should learn to be more like you.
she probably buys it while your sleeping or at school tho, i know my mum goes out sometimes late at night when i hear the car rolling down the driveway and im like 'tsk tsk'

Thing here is, when she's not mad, everything's alright, save for the periodicially finicial issue, definitly nothing to draw out into a big issue.
That and I do smoke somewhat, but at least weed doesn't make you angry.
