We dismiss it on the basis that there is not solid proof. The conquest has solid evidence.

i don't trust anyone or take them seriously when they only believe something if there is 'proof' (yes, this even applies for the drama section on the forums). humans are more intellectual than that. im not saying that believing in god makes you smart (not sure how that works anyway), but when you refuse to believe something unless you can detect it with the senses, you're pretty much just a robot imo

sometimes i wish people would stop being so critical of each other and hateful toward other people and just leave them alone. some athiests constantly talk about how christians try to force their religion on other people, yet they try to force their disbelief on people as well when they say things like "keep your religion to yourself". i dont care for the hypocrisy. its BS
