Author Topic: I've Been Sitting Here For Like 5 Minutes, And I Don't Get This Joke  (Read 1342 times)

I got that the very second I read the last sentence.

I got the joke but here's something I don't get.

These tribals are giving them weapons, if you give a man a weapon who is about to die anyways wouldn't he try using it on the tribals to escape?

wouldn't he be severely outnumbered?

wouldn't he be severely outnumbered?
you can assume that, but we dont know the health of any of the men. the three men could have all requested a fight to the death with swords or something and when they all got their weapons fight their way out, but the point is the "joke" not what one would actually do if they were there.

You shouldn't underestimate a man who is about to inevitably die anyways. Humans have been known to be very determined if they have nothing to lose and that is 3 men who have nothing to lose.

That's funny I thought the same thing. They could had requested to fight to the death and  plead that the winner should be sent free. Then they fake the entire thing and manage to escape.

Though it's not funny, it would make a great movie.

i laughed once i read over the "skin made into canoes" part that i forgot about.

What's not to get?
Really old joke lol

there is no need to use title syntax in topic names

I've heard this joke before, and I peered at the second post before reading the OP and immediatly realised what the OP is.
