and uh making them thinner is kinda hard to do unless they're 2 pixels each

make ladder into a rope ladder, so thin planks with two strands of rope going down the side

make your own torchs yours look too much like default imo and the metal thing is kinda ugly. try old fashioned cave torchs maybe, with the wrap on the ends
