yellow bubbles? that's normal. it's the plaque and bacteria in your mouth decomposing your flesh and creating gasses.

i keep misreading this as "I bit a cheek off my tongue".

anyway, yeah, get medical attention. a wound on your tongue is pretty bad

1) you can pretty easily bleed out like that if it's bad enough
2) all the bacteria and whatnot
