So basically, you would see just like if you're in 3rd person, press on the free look button and than turn your mouse. The controls with it: to go forward, press the forward button, the left/right buttons would change the direction you're facing at.

you didnt read the thread. thats not what hes asking for hes asking for a player inwhich the camera is to their side. so youre playing a side scroller

Its not impossible its been done before. It was quite fun actually I dont know why it's been deleted maybe it caused too many issues

it was done in v8 not v9 and forward, i do believe.

the game isnt the same as it was in v8. you cant just slap that one in here.

I know, but it would be interesting to look at how it was done. Badspot probably disabled the things needed to do it though.

couldnt we always just make a player type that cant move straight foward or backwards so you have to walk sideways(which would be faster of course) in third person to see? like the horse, but instead of being slow sideways being slow regulary. or just not being able to move, like pandans bike does.
