Author Topic: Why does < color everything after it red in chat?  (Read 2373 times)

I've always wondered why this happened. Why does it do this?

Because it was scripted this way lol

I think < has something to do with coding or some stuff

Because <3 makes a heart and hearts are naturally red.

Valid point

Scripting stuff I'm guessing.

it may be TML-related or it may actually be coded this way

Pretty sure it's TML related. If you are playing on a server that's running Slayer and you're in Green team for example, if you type a < it will change everything to green instead.

Simply enough, you're breaking the TML.

TML?
TorqueMarkupLanguage?

Huh? I thought that was taken out. It doesn't do that for me anymore.
