Author Topic: Overpopulation is a rapidly growing threat, how would you fix it?  (Read 7189 times)

What the forget?  Bill Gates is like one of the greatest people for the sole reason that he gives up chunks of his fortune to help foreign countries.  Not to mention that there are also other legitimately "good" celebrities out there as well, killing all of them is just absolutely stupid and there's no real way to determine someone being a celebrity.

Never mind you're just handicapped.
Im not handicapped, this is just an idea. And i wouldn't really kill all celebrities for De-population.

And the Bill Gates thing, yea, hes awesome for donating billions of dollars to africa for Malaria and such. But also he likes the vaccines that are killing children right now currently, or making them mentally ill. And he even admitted that on video that hes for the vaccines and what they do. And I apologize for my incredibly stupid amount of stupidity in that comment. I would need to research some more stuff next time before i post some stupid stuff like that. And i just got up not too long ago so that might be a cause for me not thinking well.

And New solution: Stop the goddamn war.

Vaccines don't cause mental illnesses and the deaths vaccines are responsible for are usually on an anecdotal basis.

There's no conclusive evidence that shows any vaccine causes autism or other mental illnesses. However there is conclusive evidence that vaccines vaccinate you. Stop being a loving Luddite.

There is enough room in this country to house everyone in the world, granted there is no water and the heat would cause ~95% to die.
...

Bring everyone here and the survivors can go home.

There's not enough resources to feed everyone on the planet, therefore a lot of people right now are starving to death because of this. What I want to know is how you guys would solve this problem.

The other problem is that to fix overpopulation, you either need to mass produce faster, euthanize millions of "insuperior" people or relocate people to a habitable planet.

The next problems are that mass producing still doesn't fix the entire problem, euthanizing is morally wrong on many different levels and our space travel system is horribly inefficient and outdated.
first problem is solved by having the starving-to-death-people stop making starving-to-death-babies

second problem was solved in a video I saw so ya

problem the third well stuff I guess we're gonna have to eat just plants or something :c also are you kidding me random companies are populating mars as we speak

and now I'm gonna read the thread :cookieMonster:

china is handling the issue pretty well actually. the 1 child law is working very well on lowering poverty and growing the economy.
however buthurt moral-cigarettes will claim human liberties, and we are back to the world suffering without a solution.

cant have it both ways. you wanna doom the world? or dictate how people live.
there is NO safe middle ground.

Nature will do that for us. The moment a highly infectious disease with lethal results comes from the darkest pit of hell humanity's going down a notch. The human population at most industrialized nations is high enough to make spreading it trivial. With the world being connected like never before it just makes it all too easy to spread the infection across the planet in a matter of days, maybe even a day.
well the bird flu should be altered to easily kill us all any time now.
if you listen to Swedish radio you know what I'm talking about x)

i wouldn't really kill all celebrities for De-population.
So you're just gonna kill talented people because you're jealous or something? I guess you're not very good at anything.

also I think there's an important aspect to think about here; how exactly will things go wrong(er)?
Like, what exactly is going to happen when everyone is too many and starving?
Will everyone eat all of the food and then everyone dies cause everyone ran out of food at the same time?
I guess cannibalism might be a thing if there's just people and no food, but then again how the fudge does that even happen?

world war (3)
or just a massive war eventually.

nations will kill each other for resources when it gets close. they wouldnt wait till its gone.

"Butthurt moral cigarettes" are already raising hell over the woman who was forced to get an abortion like thousands of other women who violate the policy.

it would be nice if you could simply tell people to not make more babies. this seems to be a common "solution" everyone comes up with.
the issue is, humanity is not that responsible. it takes starfishs to enforce it. ends justify the means.

100 years ago, education programs to evolve society away from spawning many children would have been a great idea. but its FAR to late now. the time window it would take to change culture and society to save us all has long passed.

my solution is best

maybe someone will do that virus thing

let the millions of people who are starving to death die, eventually we will reach a sustainable population.

Work on our space program so we can colonize Mars and screw up that planet, too.

why the forget would anyone go to mars?

This

But instead of mars, go to that one far away they say can support life
