turn on your computer and push F8 really quickly (don't hold it, keep tapping it) until you are prompted on how to boot Windows.
then choose Safe Mode (the first option) from there.

You are probably selecting "Safe Mode with Command Prompt"
You must select the first (from the top) Safe Mode option.

er, well, if you can't manage to boot into the normal safe mode, you have to type the following commands:

cd C:\
cd Program Files
del LogMeIn Hamachi

Alright I uninstalled it. People seem to be having less problems connecting, but i'm not entirely sure it's all over yet. I'll bump this again if I have any more problems.
