Wrists are weakest part of my arms
When I first started to skateboard, I sprained my wrists/tweaked/jammed my wrists everytime I time I rode. Now my wrists are super indestructable B)

But anyways, they will hurt for a few days, be stiff in the morning, but they should be good by Wensday

I've really been working on my wrists. I noticed they hurt when preparing to start a race for track (In the down ready position) because you support 75% of your weight on your fingers and wrists.

Ill probably do the running portion of practice but sit-out the weight lifting and football part just this week.

I really want to have my wrist at full strength for wrestling camp in a few weeks.

Only reason my wrist can't die is because I used to use them so much that they jave became strong as hell.
That and lots of calcium.

I feel that part too. Thats the main reason why I don't do track.

get it looked at by your coach or something, they usually know what they are talking about when it comes to basic injuries.

but yeah, you probably just hit the chair at an awkward angle, it would be extremely hard to hurt your hand otherwise with a chair like that.

Coaches don't go to captains practices

only captains and other players

well if its a serious team or at least has some serious players, at least one guy has some general knowledge on the. just bring it up and see if anyone can help out.

Probably just hit on a bad angle and maybe pulled a tendon between your pinky, I've done it heaps and it heals in no time.

I went 101/2 hours without eating today.  I've been awake for 16 hours.  You're not the only one to have a bad day.
