Well I am tired of re-building my Spyglass TDM so Iguess I'm going to apply.

History Administrating:Blue Eagle's Server, when he was building a mall, loldude at his original spyglass tdm, Paulguy's Freebuild(Once), and I forgot the name of a guy who made a challenge server...and many more who I cant type because they have strange symbols in their name.
Why Should We Accept You?:Well I have hosted many servers before such as ShadowZero's Trech Digging,ShadowZero's Spyglass TDM, all to be very successful, I have done a good job in other servers too and have lots of experience in Blockland.
Administration Skill:I only ban when a ban is needed, I do give warnings, but only when someone does something wrong for the first couple of times, I don't really like to ban people but when I do its only for the right reasons and not the wrong ones, but if its only a thing like spawn killing I will simply re-spawn the player at the spawn instead of kicking the player like most will, if the player continues he gets kicked and if he still continues its a 5 minute ban(or longer), I get things done when they need to be done.

And my Timezone is PST in case you wanted to know, if you need me on your server just PM me anytime you need, I sometimes stay up until 12:00 pm/am so you dont need to worry about that.

You should get some experience first, how many times have you hosted a server.

If you can find a decent clan to join then gain admin through them, it's a decent way to get some experience.

Start with applying for administrator, and come to the server at least once.

From there we can see about if you will become a super administrator.

Dude Ghosting Disconnection are annoying I'm not joking around when I say you should move some parts to the actual slopes, I mean don't you know there a map lighting fixing addon?

Ghosting is not an issue, it's not really that many bricks. Well it is but it's not a problem.

Rocky, I suggest you reduce brick count, half of BL can't play it.
