The symptoms of guilt disease:
 - Sadness
 - The feeling of a shadow/weight on your heart
 - The unhappy thought of "you are a murderer"
 - Self-berating
 - Sudden urges to clutch your head
 - You have trouble swallowing
 - Denial of yourself contributing to his Self Delete
 - "Self-punishment"
 - Thoughts of Self Delete

If you have at least 3-4 of these symptoms, report to your local psychiatrist immediately.
