I get about 2000 a day. sometimes less. and I'm very active.

i've never bothered counting

I usually only eat two meals anyway
and that's only if someone bothers me to :I

I'm 135 pounds, I say I do about maybe 3,000 on a day when we have good food.
Other than that it's below 1,800.

Learn to calories. Michael Phelps consumes 6000 a day by chugging steaks and protein pretty much, then he swims it off.

No I kept it around 160 somehow.
I still ate healthy a long side it and I always tended to work a bit during the time.

But it's not "i like steak and swimming" in this case, it'd be protein-loading every day and then swimming for hours, which I doubt you did. Once again, learn to calories
