For me, getting extremely mad, filling myself with hate and punching hard things to cause pain always calms me down and gets my emotions out for quite a while, but it of course hurts and really isn't that good of an idea lol

I dont think you should force yourself to hate her, I dont have a lot of knowledge on this subject but if I was a girl that might make me sad if my ex just started ignoring me, maybe she still wants to be friends and you can get back together in the future.

I don't think you should expect to get back together with her. Keeping you around as a friend and constantly changing her mind on whether she wants to be in a relationship with you are both very selfish behaviors. I'm not saying she is doing that but if she does you should be careful.
