If you can't even use a program correctly don't even try, please.
It's called extension, GIMP alike all drawing programs supports saving into more extensions, including their own, so they support layers.


Also;
Paint.NET is easier than GIMP which is easier than Photoshop.

I think it looks better than the crap i made before if i draw on and Ipad it will probably look much more efficient. I went a little too fast on this one i guess i should take my time thanks for your opinion.

First off, when you have so many solid colours, save as .png rather than .jpeg.
Secondly, you should not use GIMP for this kind of style, as Paint.net has circle, line, and fillcan tools.
Third, work on plotline
And last, but by no means least, improve your overall style.

Try and make it funny, a lot of times in my comics I will often make them incredibly random.
(Ex: Two people are driving down a road in panel 1, in panel 2 they crash into a tree, and one person is saying "we're here!" and in the 3rd panel they are out of the car and a huge sign points to the tree saying "huge-ass tree =>".)

Nice that would make a good comic strip. You should use it yourself i will make up my own.
