I seriously think that you're off to a good start, but you should keep practicing your artwork and storylines before you show everything off to the forums.

The idea of making a comic is nice, don't let your aspirations be held off by some people on the internet.

Just get a scanner, if you claim to be better at pencil drawings, or get a tablet, or learn Paint.NET better, even if making them alone with a mouse is genocide.
