It still is. The community is made up of children so it waters down the gameplay quite a lot since they're easily pleased by rubbish free model games based off call of duty, even tycoons, so it's best to join a small clan with teens who play the game like me.
You could join ARK, I've known the leader for a few years. 2 years or possibly even 3. His names CommanderRoblock .

roblox isn't an amazing game. it breaks all the time and is just ugly to play. the physics completely suck, theres no smooth movement at all. it's poorly made.

This game used to be cool.  2008, awesome original places like script builder and plane wars, no BC gimmicks (there was one BC), most things were free, not everything was robust, clans were actually fun. (used to the leader of EAF, a classic 100 member plus fighting clan).
Then all the kiddie noobs with free models came in and killed it, and all the Bc bullstuff

It used to be fun.
