No, you need a GC Controller. CFG Loader looks as of v70 in my opinion, but if you want to use Dios Mios, you can use Wiiflow, Configurable USB Loader, USB Loader GX, or the DIOS-MIOS booter. Also, if your game isn't on the supported games list for Dios Mios, then you won't be able to play it via the Disc Channel either.

can't you also use neogamma for dios-mios too
it worked for me when i tried it a few days ago
it also makes gecko works alot better imo
