discrimination at the hands of christians to atheists and evolutionists....i do believe that should be the other way around. True christians wouldn't discriminate against another race, religion, or just someone who believes a different thing. And i have never tried to force hateful beliefs down anyones throats. I have only said these things because im defending my religion.
It's not because I'm atheist, or an 'evolutionist' (is that actually a thing?) or anything of the sort. It's because I'm transgendered, and I can't forgive the things people have said to me, using a thousand year old book as reason to be an starfish. Regardless, if I recall, I read back a few pages to where you said 'and atheists just try to drag more people down to hell with them' or something similar. That read extremely hateful to me.
On top of that, what is a true Christian, then? The Bible is chock full of hypocrisy, hate, desctruction, and jealousy, most of them attributed to that loving and caring God that you love so much. He who slaughtered millions of people when he flooded the Earth, or murdered innocent Egyptians, or had his followers drive out everyone living in Canaan so they could settle there. Couple that with all the ridiculous laws in that book...
You think you've faced discrimination? You really think you have? You're a part of the majority in this nation - the religious majority. The rag-tag group of idiots who seem hell bent on lowering our average IQ even further. The religious minority are the people who believe in their God and aren't complete morons, but they aren't present like the rest. So you feel that atheists and their like-minded brethren are discriminating against you? No, it only seems that way because you have the privilege and the liberty to be a part of the most accepted faith in this country, to the point where the majority insists on undermining our own constitution to have it be a part of the government, like they've already done multiple times.
The internet isn't entirely America, and the religious majority holds no power here. Of course it feels like discrimination when you've lived high on the hog all your life, but jump on a place where millions if not billions of people socialize, many who are not bound by the same dated belief system.
