Just out of curiosity, how many of you are actually tribal? Against any race, not any in particular, and I mean ACTUALLY tribal, not over the internet or anything because they can't do anything about it there, but in real life. Like you hate asians or something and think they should all go to hell. Sure, a lot of us say a lot of stuff against other races on the interent, but who gives a forget.
I think racism is funny to the point where I might be considered actually tribal.
In History, we were correcting each other's quizzes and I got the only black kid in the class's quiz and for stuffs and giggles I marked everything wrong and gave him a 0/50 on the quiz. I also say "oh god it's a monday" every time I pass a black person to whoever's next to me, and since they're rare where I live I always notice them.
I don't actually think they should be slaves or go to hell or whatever, but I just think it's incredibly funny when I or someone else is tribal.
Actually, on a completely different note (hence the HR), I think the counter-racism movement is actually detrimental to society. I think it is a dumb assumption that people that developed completely independently of each-other all evolved in the same way save skin color. I think that's just a ridiculous claim. This statement will probably seem tribal. I'm sorry if it offends anyone.
People in Africa have had to deal with physical hardships on a level incomparable to other regions of the world. Predators capable of wiping out large populations run rampant. It's literally a no brainer that Africans would evolve to become stronger and faster.
However, in Asia, this hardly existed. The main driving forces would be the weather, hot and cold to the extremes. This region is covered in mountainous regions and long plains with little or no water. People in Asia likely had to develop more intellectual tool crafting skills to aid them in living day to day, from farming food to transportation of food and water across long distances, technology helps a massive amount.
In Europe, water is abundant and plentiful. Food is available too. It's a wonderful place in retrospect. It doesn't require the huge survival skills of Africa, and it is not as intellectually demanding as Asia is. This sort of allowed a "sandbox" if you will of evolution. The weak live, the strong live, the smart live, the dumb live. Humans left to their own methods. This allowed plenty of time for exploration, collection of valubles such as Gold, development of currencies, and other modern treasures.
In The Americas, partially evolved Asians crossed to live in this region, but were forced into new situations which results in a kind of slurry between intellectual and physical development. Food was constantly on the move, requiring intellectual strengths to follow and catch game, and strong, requiring physical strength. The strong ate. The smart ate. The weak and dumb died.
With this said, assuming that all humans developed in the same way is a ridiculous statement in my eyes. It's not some random coincidence that Asian culture stresses intelligence so much. It's not a coincidence Asians are always testing in the upper percentiles of standardized tests. It's not a coincidence that Africans score lower. It's not something to be ignored, it's not something to be abused, it's just a fact. I'm not saying to make the blacks do physical work, and the Asians program computers, but that's where they will naturally fall in society. I don't believe it's wrong to try to shake this up, but to outright deny the possibility of intellectual or physical difference is ridiculous. Every person that makes the claim I just made receives tons of hate and drama, but their argument makes sense if you actually look at it logically without the filter of your conscience.
