If you right click on the game in your library or shift+tab, there's an option to view the key. You only need it to play online and get achievements.

Are you on a desktop or laptop? Most laptops and desktops that have Intel GPUs have them integrated, which means you can't remove the old chip.

GTA4 is a poorly optimized train wreck as is, good luck getting it to run on a horrible graphics chip.

You'll need a 250 dollar graphics card, and a 150 dollar CPU to run it on low with 60 FPS. The story of my computer.

holy stuff those specs aren't great and yes GTA IV can run on win7, i thought i would counter the same problem, but i didn't.
