Names can come from TV shows and popular culture. IN fact especially in the fifties that was very popular to name your daughter Lucy, or Peggy Sue, or Barbara Ann. Etc.

who the hell cares. peggy, lucy, barabara, all sound normal and have hundreds of people  named after them, no one is named after a pony on a childrens tv series.

Pinkamena seems like a original name to me.
Zecora is not a good middle name, imo.
Smith is common.

Honestly, if anything, change the middle name to something more appropriate.

When i was younger, and heard someone had an uncommon name, i was interested in them, i wouldn't pick on them for it.
