I don't think it would make much sense unless it is enabled along with the blood and gore mod.

It just doesn't seem right to have bloody effects on the 1st person view, and then have OUCH's on the outside.


I think this would have potential if the screen effect related to what's on the outside.

I have a good idea something like a event that makes blood splatter all over your screen.

Onplayertouch > Player>blood splat

OnAvtivate > Player>blood splat
