just running off what Electrk said, we have to deal with a lot of idiocy in the server. You've been playing long enough to know there are some people in Blockland who just aren't... Uh... Not sure how to word this...
Just aren't attentive, I suppose.
It gets tiring needing to tell people to set up an appropriate name. There's also always the constant reminding people not to abuse the chat mod's other functions.
It's draining, and eventually you just lose your patience.
Bans can always be appealed, and depending on how you go about appealing it and what the reason was you can get un-banned easily enough.
You just need to be polite, mostly. Insulting us won't get you far. This thread is a good example of an appeal done well.
In the OP, at least.
We ban people for mis-using /setname pretty often, it's the most common reasin, and if you didn't go too crazy and ask me politely then chances are you'll be allowed back in.
