The game is currently in Beta 7. You can get Beta 4 for free, Betas beyond that require pre-order. It might be better to get it later in development, but early access is permanent.

So you downloaded an outdated version of the game and are complaining that what has been long fixed isn't fixed in the outdated version. Very nice.

It isn't a demo, it's the last free version. To access ones after Beta 4, you need to buy it. The giveaway would give it for free. And it's still in development, aimed for Halloween.
